full body: put the ow in power

I don’t usually publish my lifts, not cause I’m gatekeeping but cause I live in a gym and I do this for a living so I don’t really expect most people to even want to do what I do (nor do they need to). BUT if you want to stay athletic, get athletic, or just try a challenging workout that turns the gym into a playground give it a try.
