Right after checkout you’ll get a download link by email. On iPhone, save the PDF to your Files app or Apple Books (or use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on any phone) and open it from there, so the buttons, video links and weight boxes all work.
-
Beginner can be done with dumbbells and a bench. Intermediate, Advanced and Pro are gym based, but every gym-only exercise has a dumbbell or home-friendly swap listed right under it.

Same programming either way. The app is $29/month, so a full 8-week plan comes to $58, and it adjusts your weights for you and adds nutrition targets and recipes. The PDF is a one-time $89 to keep forever and track yourself.
