strong for the summer v. 1

I was excited to be made aware that memorial day, the official kickoff to summer, is just 8 weeks away. And while this is a body positive podcast, and all bodies are summer bodies, there’s a certain level of physical and mental strength required to power through a memorial day weekend after a cold winter.

To prepare both our minds and bodies, I’m planning (at least) 1 full body workout every week for the next 8 weeks - so strap in for the ride!

Some weeks, like today, will be dumbbells only but I’ll be incorporating more diverse equipment while still including alternatives for those working out with just dumbbells.
